I created Event Childcare Collective through my 20 years of experience working within the events industry, where I saw how often childcare was treated as an afterthought, or not considered at all.
As a mother, I have also experienced first-hand how childcare can be a barrier to attending events, with limited options available.
I understand how important it is to create events that are inclusive, well considered, and enable strong attendance. This means thinking more carefully about the needs of all attendees, from guests, to speakers, to suppliers, to ensure the right people are able to be in the room.
